Approximately 38 percent of Tanzania's territory is made of national parks, conservation areas and natural reserves. Within these territories you can find beautiful wildlife, such as lions, zebras, elephants, hippos, giraffes, leopards, and much more! 

People

& Economy

Tanzania is the largest country in East Africa and has a population of 46 million people. Its official language is Swahili or Kiswahili. Tanzania is considered one of the poorest nations in the world with 68% of the population living below the poverty line. The religions in Tanzania are Christian, Muslim, and other indigenous beliefs. Agriculture,  industry, and services contribute to Tanzania's overall economy.
